Farm Strong. Body & Mind. Built to Last.

About me

I grew up on a dairy farm, learning the value of hard work, grit, and doing what needs to be done — even when it wasn’t glamorous. Between early mornings, chores, and a family that never stopped moving, I learned that discipline + heart = results.

After years in the classroom teaching and coaching, I realized that people everywhere were stuck in the same cycle: starting over Monday after Monday, trying “quick fixes,” and burning out before they saw real change. I knew there had to be a better way — a method that works for real life.

That’s how Iron Roots Method was born: a system that blends nutrition, strength, and mindset, built for busy, real-life people who want to stop spinning their wheels and start seeing lasting results.

WHY I DO THIS

I help people stop starting over because I’ve seen the frustration, the self-doubt, and the wasted time firsthand — in my classroom, in my farm life, and in my own journey.

I know what it feels like to work hard every day and still feel stuck. I created Iron Roots Method to give you a roadmap, support that sticks, and a community that actually cares — so you can build a strong body, an unshakeable mind, and a life you’re proud of.

You’ve got questions. I’ve got answers.

I’m new to walking and tracking calories—where do I start?

Start with the beginner schedule and the beginner calorie deficit guide which is the Iron Roots Method Ignite Challenge. Focus on building small, consistent habits first—this sets the foundation for long-term success.

How do I know which program or challenge is right for me?

It depends on your goals and experience. If you’re just starting, try the Ignite Challenge Upgrade. If you’re ready to dive deeper, the 6-week transformation or membership offers full support, structured habits, and accountability.

Do I need to follow the program exactly?

Follow the main principles—walking, hydration, calorie awareness, and habit tracking—but you can adapt for your lifestyle. One walk can be swapped for a deep-clean day; small shifts still count.

How do I track my progress?

Weigh in once a week on the same day in the morning on an empty stomach, take before/after photos, and fill out your calendar and habit tracker daily. Celebrate non-scale wins too!

What if life gets in the way?

Life happens! Focus on showing up 80% of the time, forgiving yourself when needed, and getting back on track the next day. Consistency, not perfection, is what drives results.

Do men and women train in the same group?

No — men and women are placed in separate groups so we can better support their unique needs.

Men and women have different biology, goals, and approaches to training and nutrition, so separating groups allows for more personalized guidance, better results, and a more comfortable, relatable environment.
